MX Nationals promoter Williams Event Management (WEM) has named the support categories that will contest select rounds of the 2018 season.

The Rising Star Rookies will compete at three rounds throughout the year, being round two at Appin, round five at Murray Bridge and round 10 at Coolum.

The 125cc Junior Cup will also headline at three rounds – both at Wonthaggi in the fourth and fifth round double-header, as well as Coolum’s finals.

In addition, 125cc Gold Cup Seniors will race at four rounds, including round one at Newry, rounds seven and eight at Maitland and also Coolum. The Amateur Cup will line up in round six at Conondale and Coolum.

The Australian Women’s Championship will be conducted over two rounds with four motos at each round. Round one for the ladies will be in conjunction with the Manjimup 15,000 in Western Australia and round two will be held at Coolum’s MX Nationals.

Finally, the The Australian Veteran’s Championship will be conducted over one round with four motos for each class, also to be hosted alongside Manjimup.
