Australian motocross and superbike squad Team Honda Racing has announced Crankt Protein as its naming rights partner for 2016.

Team Honda Racing is operated by the Victorian-based Motologic operation, the team now titled Crankt Protein Honda Racing.

“I am really excited about this new relationship we are forming with Crankt,” explained team principal Paul Free. “For me it’s the perfect fit for our team and Honda. I am all about being healthy and fit and our riders all represent that well.

“The off-road riders especially need to be at peak fitness and strength to be able to throw their CRF450s around for the full duration of a moto, so I really hope they see the benefits of the additional protein in their diet with muscle recovery and overall strength.”

With a long history in the motorsport industry himself, Crankt Protein CEO Brendan Radford is equally as excited by the deal.

“Being in the industry for many years, I have seen first-hand just how important it is for a rider to prioritise their health, both on and off the track,” Radford said.

“The alliance with an industry leader like Honda sends a powerful message to riders and fans about the importance of health and nutrition.

“Our partnership with Honda is a vital part of the next stage of the brand’s growth and vision to carve out a niche for sustenance excellence amongst elite athletes and sports and health enthusiasts throughout the world.”

Crankt Protein shakes and bars are 100 percent Australian made and owned. They are high in protein, low in fat and sugar making them a perfect fit for the riders and team members alike.
