DPH go head to head the worlds best in 5th of the Australian Super-X

DPH Motorsport press release:

Round 5 of the Australian Super-X Championship has been tipped to be the most exciting for this year, and so far it has not disappointed. With an array of International riders touching down on Australian soil this week and sold out events, this will be one not to miss.

In the MX1 class, DPH rider Lawson Bopping will be banging bars with Australian Super-X royalty and fellow Yamaha rider, Chad Reid. In addition to Chad, Cooper Webb (USA) will also be making an appearance.

In the MX2 class, our very own Wade Hunter will be up against the usual suspects that includes an extensive list of both domestic and International riders. After a small crash that resulted in Wade finishing in P20 at J2, he is looking to gain some much needed Championship points and to claw his way back up the ladder in the final two rounds.

“I can’t wait for this weekend, the whole event is going to be awesome to be part of and I’m excited to check out the course. I’ve had this week off the bike after having a small crash at J2 but am back feeling 100% and am ready to get back on the podium this weekend” said Hunter.

DPH continue their assault on the 2015 Super-X Championship tonight at Allphones Arena, Olympic Park, NSW tonight.

Round 5 can be viewed on 7mate on Sunday 29th November from 3.30-6.00pm. For live updates follow us on Facebook www.facebook.com/dphmotorsport or on Instagram @dphmotorsport
