DPH strive for podiums at round four

DPH Motorsport press release:

It’s been a positive few weeks for the dynamic DPH duo who are ready to head into the second half of the Australian Super-X Championship this weekend. Both boys have put a large amount of focus on balancing both riding and training and the team have set their sights on walking away with not only some strong championship points but hopefully a podium.

Lawson has shown some serious speed at each and every round and is proving to be a strong contender for a top three finish in the championship. He currently sits in 5th with only nine points between him and a spot in the top three. He is determined to get his first podium for the series this weekend.

“The last thee weeks have been really good, my training and riding is going well. I’ve been able to get some time with Krooztune suspension and have made some big improvements. I’m really looking forward to the next three rounds; they should be fun” said Bopping.

Round two at Jimboomba was a career highlight for newcomer Wade Hunter and he is determined to make it two from two at the QLD track. Like Lawson, Wade currently sits in 5th in the championship, only 13 points away from cracking the top three.

“I’ve had a great couple of weeks training on and off the bike. I got my first podium at Jimboomba 1 so I’m really looking forward to going back there and trying for my second of the season this weekend.” said Hunter.

DPH Motorsports continue their assault on the 2015 Supercross Championship at Round 4 in Jimboomba, QLD today.
