X Games gold medalist Jarryd McNeil has announced he will line up at the Washougal round of the 2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship on 25 July.

American-based freestyle motocross ace McNeil qualified at both Washougal and Utah last season, now committing to another round on board a Yamaha-supported 2016 model YZ250F.

“I just picked up my 2016 YZ250F last Tuesday and the bike is a beast right out of the crate,” McNeil explained. “I am very thankful for the support from Yamaha and am excited to race it at Washougal.”

McNeil recently claimed victory in the Best Whip competition at X Games, also performing in over 35 Nitro Circus Live shows worldwide since January.
