In conjunction with the final round of the Monster Energy MX Nationals this weekend in sunny Coolum, Williams Event Management, along with riders and teams will dedicate the grand finale to raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

In support of the fantastic work carried out by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, round 10 of the MX Nationals will be turned pink – bikes, gear, helmets and all.

To celebrate the ‘pink round’, WEM will donate $30 from each entry, to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for any rider donning pink this weekend.

In addition, a number of items including a pink Ben Townley helmet will be available for auction at the championship presentation, again with funds going directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

With so many friends and family of the MX Nationals touched by breast cancer, the final round of the series provides an opportunity to remember our loved ones, and show support to the NBCF who dedicate themselves to finding a cure.

The Ben Townley pink helmet and pink Matt Moss Alpinestars signed jersey are just a couple of the items that will be auctioned off.

An auction will take place at the track during the final championship presentation on Sunday afternoon. Or head over to the ‘Honda MX’ Facebook page to place online bids on the Ben Townley pink helmet.

There will also be a limited edition ‘pink printed’ Alpinestars t-shirts available for purchase from the Alpinestars display at the track at $30 each (only 50 available).
