Two of the sport’s most iconic brands will partner into the future following confirmation of an agreement between Husqvarna Australia and the local importer for lubricant manufacturer Bel-Ray, Casson’s.

Husqvarna and Bel-Ray both enjoy international brand recognition and have a reputation for excellence in motorsports, and the two companies’ new three-year agreement includes all official Husqvarna Australia teams including enduro, motocross and junior squads.

Under the terms of a new global agreement signed between Husqvarna and Bel-Ray late in 2013, Bel-Ray’s complete line of powersports lubricants will be used as the first fill and OEM recommendation on each Husqvarna motorcycle.

As the world of motorsport becomes more competitive, the relationship also provides the platform for cooperation and development of both parties’ products to work hand-in-hand for maximum advantage.

“Bel-Ray is a respected product that has been around for over 60 years and this new relationship between HQVA and Casson’s, mirrors the partnership between Husqvarna and Bel-Ray globally,” HQVA general manager Jeff Leisk said.

“Bel-Ray is not only the first-fill lubricant for Husqvarna motorcycles, but our two brands work side by side in the design and development of engines and components. This provides the ability for Husqvarna to engineer maximum performance and durability into its products, and it really is the only lubricant you should be using in your Husqvarna.”

Rob Casson was proud to announce the alliance between Bel-Ray and the Australian Husqvarna teams.

“Bel-Ray lubricants and Husqvarna both have an international reputation for high-performance and share a common history of technological excellence,” he commented.

“Much like Husqvarna, Bel-Ray has a rich history as one of the legacy companies in motorcycle racing and Bel-Ray is proud to be a part of the revitalisation of Husqvarna.”

Bel-Ray lubricants are available from all Australian Husqvarna dealers.
