Williams Event Management managing director Kevin Williams has spoken out about the 2013 Monster Energy MX Nationals following yesterday’s official series launch at Raymond Terrace.

With several new partnerships announced, the series is on the verge of a massive season ahead this year – with three new champions to be crowned across the three premier categories.

“I’m very excited to welcome on board four new long-term partners,” Williams said. “We have been working hard since the final round at Coolum last year and the support we are receiving is evidence that this great series is moving forward in leaps and bounds.

“Firstly we are delighted to announce that Monster Energy will continue the naming rights partnership for season 2013 and 2014, we are also happy to announce that Thor will become the series presenting sponsor.

“We are also very excited to today announce new three-year partnerships with Holden Australia as the official vehicle partner and Swann Insurance as the official insurance partner.

“Sunshine Coast Council and the Sunshine Coast Destination Limited will be the official holiday destination for motocross, The Naturally Refreshing Sunshine Coast. And Polaris Australia will be the official medical support vehicle and the Polaris Ultimate Ride Experience.

“2013 is going to be a great year and we are looking to continue to improve the series.”

The series will commence at Raymond Terrace in New South Wales on Sunday, 14 April.
