After watching all of those videos from the preseason testing etc. Stewart isnt living up to expectations, anyone think he can pull it back around?. I dont think you can count him out all together but, he just doesnt look comfortable..

I agree , cant count him out . He certainly has the speed , he just needs to hang on to the bike and stop falling off. I think he will win 2-3 rounds this season if he tapers off a bit and uses the whole race....... As RC says championships are won on your bad days......

I was speaking about this the other day with Mackie... he has really been struggling for outright speed it seems, I mean, at LA, WEIMER had him matched for the most part before they came together. I like to see Reedy smoke him though haha!

I think he has put too much pressure on himself. Especially with people saying he is the fastest man on the planet.

Yeh its crazy, I thought the team change would have been a good step for him but he's in the exact same position as he was last year, I think a manufacturer change would have done him a world of good. He can still put in a killer lap to top the boards in practice but struggles in the main. At the end of the day he will go down as the fastest dirt bike rider to not win as many titles as he should have

There has to be something going on he just doesnt have the aggression that the pre season videos showed him with, I heard somewhere (think it was the pulpmx radio show) that he may be sick and after LA went straight to the medical truck?? did anyone else hear that? so maybe it is him just being sick and getting through these races?? he doesnt appear sick in interviews etc. but who knows? How sweet was it when Reedy passed him and pulled away?? I agree Doova - i think he will be known as that, going off all the hype surrounding him throughout his whole career he should have kicked a lot more ass than what he has done thats for sure - with all that hype no one should have been near him ever - fastest rider/most over rated racer?

Did you guys hear Reedy on Pulpmx last week? Matthes asked him what he thought was going on with JS, and typical Reedy nowadays, he told it like it is. JS rode the Suzuki all the off season, then signed with JGR. And while he cant be counted out, he is still struggling with the bike, and must have signed for the cash...

I thought he had still had contract with Yamaha for another season that is why he went with JGR & not Suzuki

Ever since he stopped doing the outdoors, he has not been the same. It's taken the edge off him.

As much as I like to see Reedy win, I was happy for James to get it done. Four different winners in four rounds and all former champions - what a season!

As a Reedy fan, I'd love to see him win this season, but I think all 4 of those guys will again, and soon, and if they continue to split wins and 3rd/4th places - there will be nothing in it at Vegas. Such great racing.
