About running barofeot on concrete, can anyone suggest a plan for easing into it? I dont think its wise to suddenly go from 10 years of running in cushy shoes with orthodics to barofeot running, but I want to get there eventually! Unfortunately, I live in a city and do about 75% of my mileage on sidewalks. Any suggestions?
