I dont see why this crap has to get dragged out through the media. IF its a contractual breach then the courts decide. If its personal, then why hang your dirty laundry out for all to see??!!
Must admit i was surprised to see CR22 bagging SX so openly, but this letter is shamless self-promotion.

I find it interesting on a number of levels, many of which I don't really have time right now to write about here in the forum. I agree in a lot of ways Looks, do we need to air this stuff through the media. Probably not, but that's entirely Global Action Sports' decision.
In my case, there is a lot more to it than simply posting up a letter of this nature as straight news, which is why I have chosen not to publish the letter at this point, however I do see and agree with some points made by Mike. One thing we can all agree on is that we are thankful and totally respect the efforts of GAS to get Super X off the ground again in Australia. I've been a fan of their series and support of the industry from the outset and do all I can to help promote their efforts via this very publication.
I'm also a friend and work closely with Chad on a lot of projects when it comes to our U.S. coverage, so I can't say enough about him. We also work closely with Fluid PR and Matt Cousins not only with Chad on all things, but also with Honda's race team in Australia and in the ASBK when I work with the magazines etc.
I don't take Chad's comments on Twitter as being against the sport in Australia, it's just a sign of the relationship between him and GAS. It's not a good one obviously, but we haven't reported either side of the story and probably won't for now.
Chad has been completely supportive of individuals including Jay after Campbelltown, plus also gave a shout out to McCoy and the Suzuki team when they got a win in Wollongong. Just having a rider of his stature actively following the series is a credit to the sport in general.
The comments here and there disappoint a lot of people and can be damaging, but that is also entirely Chad's opinion and choice. His positive contributions over the years and availability at the MXoN so many times far outweigh a few comments on Twitter, I believe. Through Chad and Matt, MX at the elite level has received massive coverage over the years.
No doubt many of you would have seen the letter somewhere by now, so I'm sure you have your own opinions and thoughts on the subject. What I'm going to continue to do here at MotoOnline this week is focus on the three-way (maybe more!) fight for the Pro Open title this weekend and highlight what we have on sport. It's time to crown a new champion and I'm anxious to see who's going to get that #1 plate for 2012!

Very diplomatic AG & understandabley you have a working relationship with both parties.
As I see it there is 2 very different arguments here Chad has openly taken digs at the Super X product. Maybe he has taken it a little far but he has also been supportive of the riders in the series.
Porra on the other hand really has hung out his dirty lundary with this letter. To accuse, state, that some one is in breach of contract & suggest at legal action can get very messy.
Yes GAS/Porra has kept Super X going & the events haven't been that far off the mark even in the smaller stadiums.
IMO Porra is having a cry about Chad taking jabs at him when people already don't like when super x has gone.
