He leads by 25 points with more overalls than anyone else.
What do the rules say is the decider if equal on points. I thought it was number of wins in the season. I hope it isnt best finish in the last round?

Yeh thats what I was wondering, he leads by 25 and has the most overalls. But in the MotoOnline post show, he said he has to race 19s again next week??

I think your hopes are dashed as if Errol was to not finish final and Geran was to win it they would be Equal
on points so hoping errol can just finish and complete over 75% of race distance. 1 Point will win it.
Same with Matt Moss he has 22 point lead into last round and only needs to score 4 points for victory.
Gonna give this tipping a shake.

I only know what he said in the Post Show. Said he had to have a 26-point lead to be declared champ.
But the rule book says that "If a tie on points occurs for any position in the championship, the tying competitor who has the greatest number of higher placings will be awarded the position".
All I know is that nobody was celebrating a championship just yet, including Errol.

Errol has won the title. Even if he didnt ride on Saturday and was equal on points, he would still win on a countback of his race wins.

You may live to regret that statement mate. Dont worry AG I'm a regular from now on. I dont think they were prepared for the title win at Maitland. They'll have the #1 Jersey and the champagne ready at QLD.

I'm not entirely up to date with the current GCR's or SuperX's points system. But I think O'Rouke has hit the nail on the head. Plus it adds to the QLD event to have all 3 Champions crowned at once.
