Sunday’s penultimate round of the Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals at Moree proved a pivotal day in the 2011 series, with CDR Rockstar Energy Yamaha teammates Josh Coppins and Jay Marmont taking control of the Pro Open category on what was a nightmare weekend for Monster Kawasaki. The Pro Lites title chase tightened up between JDR Motorex KTM’s Matt Moss and round winner Serco Yoshimura Yamaha’s Kirk Gibbs, while Errol Willis wrapped up the Under 19s title chase for Raceline Pirelli Suzuki.
