I used to get my American News from 4 websites.
I was saddened last year when Cycle News went tite up, what with it being edited by Paul Carruthers, son of one of Australia's more successful exports.
Now when I try to get on the RoadracerX (who I think gave our editor his start in journalism), I get redirected to RacerX
There's a link to RoadracerX at the top of their site, but it keeps directing you back to RacerX.
I'm hoping this'll be fixed soon.

Cycle News is back, both the magazine and the website so be sure to check out www.cyclenews.com again mate. The difference is that the mag is now digital only - no print! You can actually read the first digital edition of CN right here: http://cyclenews.coverleaf.com/cyclenews/20110215?folio=Covera&sub_id=BxvsBDt0OO4a6pg1
As for Road Racer X, that magazine also folded. I was able to speak to Davey Coombs, who is the founder of Racer X, when I was in America this month and he said that although the road race mag wasn't losing money, it wasn't making money either. They decided it was better to put their resources into the MX mag and site since they are booming right now.
I was a big fan of both sites too, plus their magazines. Glad to see Cycle News back and I have actually got in the habit of subscribing to mags on my iPad. I can read all the international mags the day they are released, rather than waiting for a month old edition to reach Aussie newsagents (if at all).
MotoOnline.com.au finally has signatures! Contact me if you have any troubles with the site.

Well 1 out of 2 is better than none.
I very rarely saw RRX mag, but liked the issues I did find.
The site had some excellent features I'll miss, such as the Monday wakeup call, which would list results for any motorcycle racing event that they were sent, anywhere in the world, the Tuersday conversation, privateer profiles, & most of all, Roadracerhead & Backmarker.
In an exchange of emails with Mark gardiner, he asked about Australian bike mags, and has since had a couple of articles in AMCN
