World MX: Changes announced for Motocross calendars //

The FIM Motocross World Championship calendar has been revised again this week, the FIM announcing a host of changes for the premier world championship series that hosts the MX1 and MX2 series.

The Grand Prix of Italy at Fermo and the Grand Prix of Lombardia at Mantova have swapped dates, the Fermo event now taking place on 12 September while Lombardia will move to 11 April.

In further world championship news, the Grand Prix of Great Britain will take place in Chepstow, set to be staged on 30 May.

The Veterans and Womens series have also had some revisions, with Valkenswaard hosting the second round of the FIM Veterans’ World Cup on 25 April, while Teutschenthal will host the fifth round of the FIM Women’s World Championship on 20 June.
