RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):
* This tournament is currently limited to Playstation 3 players.
* Entrants must be members on MotoOnline.com.au.
* The entry limit will be 16 riders at this stage as we develop the tournament.
* Entries close at midday on race day with no exceptions.
* Upon entering, state your username on our forum and also add each of our participants as friends on the Playstation Network for invitations to the games.
* Nominated hosts will host the games and invite riders approximately 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The race will start at the exact listed start time (as long as the PS Network is functioning correctly), so if you're not online then you forfeit the round.
* All riders must quit the private session following your heat race and remain patient while waiting for the main events before we invite you to the main that you qualified for.
* Should anybody have trouble entering the private room after more than three invites then the event will go ahead without you for the round.
* Note that if any of us lose our internet connection and are kicked out of the room during the final then we will be scored with last place points for the round.
* If the host is kicked out during the session if it is the main event then continue and inform us of the final results afterwards.
* Should a dedicated round host not be featured in either the A-Main or B-Main, we will organise one of the participants in that particular final to host the race. Hosts will work this out between us and then all participants will receive the invite to their particular final from an entrant within the round.
* If you are not invited to your main event due to not being on our selected host's friends list then you will miss out, so make sure you add everyone early in the week so all have time to accept the friend requests!
* If there is some sort of a mistake on the evening and you are invited to the wrong final by accident, relax it is only a game. Accept it, try your best and we will sort out your points following the round.
NOTES:
* Final instructions will be posted on MotoOnline.com.au in this thread before 6.00pm NSW time on the day of the race, confirming the final entry list, confirming the running of the event, listing your heat race allocation and nominated host for that particular event.
* A race report will be added directly after the round including details for when the following round will be held and at what track it will be staged at.
Good luck to all and thanks for supporting the series and MotoOnline.com.au!

Going to be a tough race, track gets weird after a few laps, and that sand section could get real nasty. Had my first race today on the MXtournaments online races. Got a 5th in my race which was only good for about 150th overall out of 220 riders! 18.30 for 15 laps of Stone2, I won race 2 by 8 seconds, lost about 10 seconds on the last lap with a crash. That put me 86th overall for the second moto and 122 overall.18.02min. the guy that won one heat done 15 laps in16.2 mins!
Bring on sunday.

Yeh I hate that sand section at SP1, when ever Im on a real hot lap, it always kicks me sideways and stuffs up my whole rythm for the rest of the track.
Has anyone quaded the section after the sand section??? Apparently its possible but I've only landed into the face of the upramp a few times at best

ive made the face and that was coming out of the corner pretty fast so quading would not only be hard but very inconsistent

Have that quad once Doova, have also nailed a quad out of another corner on that track, the straight before the sand straight, the rytham where you can go inside small double then tripple then double out off, or outside where you tripple in double then single, i have gone outside and quaded in, only made it once and have crashed a million times trying it again. Dont think i will be trying either in the race.
I think it is actually more possible to do the quad after the sand straight after about 15 laps on All time, a perfect rut forms around the edge and you can hold it flat through there, in a 30 lapper the sand section becomes flat the hole way through about 3 bike widths wide straight into the rut around the corner,
Yep done way to many laps on that track.

New DLC is avaliable (Down load Content) LOL took me a little to figure that out, looks like we might have that big finalle on the new track, 30 lap final !!!!!!. Also looks like the outdoor season just got two tracks longer sweet.
I need a break out win!, i cant belive how tence and uptight i was when leading the online race on mxtournaments the other day, lead every lap after getting the holeshot, heart rate was up and i was tence. its only a game! hopefully the race in the states will put me in some better shape and given me that little extra speed to bring back to the Aussie tournement haha.

RACE REPORT:
A surprise rookie performance from ashfmx has taken him to a stunning victory in tonight's fifth round of the MotoOnline.com.au SX Reflex Series at Stone Point 1. The A-Main got off to a spectacular start with iKapture leading on lap one before the favourites worked their way through the field to the front. Double race winner AG23 lead for a number of laps early on in the race before mxkid24 took the lead, but it was then ashfmx and mbninesix3 who battled their way through the pack to the front. From there it was a nail-biting battle between the pair, ashfmx taking a narrow victory, however no confirmation has come if the rookie pulled a backflip over the line in his first ever race event after a decorated freestyle career. Mbninesix3 was back in the mix tonight, while uberfragger rounded out the podium in yet another consistent run that would see the SOuth Australia score the fastest lap of the race. Fifth was AG23 after dropping through the order as the track got rougher and his fitness lacked, while sixth was iKapture - possibly taking screen shots once again and losing focus in his first A-Main appearance. Doova had yet another night of heartbreak when his PS Network dropped out mid-race, however he admits he was amongst the back packers and had no hope of a top result tonight (win wink). Troythreesix also had connection troubles, dropping out early after what he believed was supposed to be his night. The biggest surprise of the evening was the B-Main appearance of Aaryn234, who eventually won the outing despite having a controller indentation through the screen of his television. That's all, live here from Stone Point.
