Hey Alex,
Great job with the site. Love the aussie perspective on all things moto.
One suggestion....Where a series is telecast with a delay (ie Supercross on ESPN in Aus) is it possible to not have the winner announced in the title? Therefore allowing people like my self to follow the rest of the news on your site and the AMA SX. At present I stay off the site from the time the series is run live in US, until after the weeks round is telecast on Friday night Sydney time.
Totally understand if this is not possible. Also I doubt this applied to other series with limited coverage or incredibly delayed coverage (ASBK).
Ash.

Hey mate,
I see on some websites they do hold out of putting the results in the headlines, but when it's delayed by a week then one way or another (through Racing Insider or another news story) our readers are going to stumble across who won I'd say - that's crazy you wait so long lol.
If they were delayed and telecast the next day (what they do in America at most rounds) then I would put it into consideration, but the majority of the time we here in Australia are extremely lucky to have live coverage on most things motorcycles (MotoGP, WSBK, WSS, Oz Super X, etc).
For the series that are delayed, it's usually by so long that most people can't hold out that long before peeking at the results so I've never really bothered holding off (MotoGP and WSBK and that in America are also slightly delayed coverage).
I'll keep an eye on the telecasts and see what they're looking like for most series, but apart from that it really adds to the news on my site, so we'll see. It's something I'll have to look seriously into and see what my direct competitors are doing in that circumstance.
Some I may hold it off, while others I'll run it depending on their telecasts. The thing with headlines is that they actually help in the search engines like Google etc, so we have to be pretty picky in how its worded a lot of the times.
Appreciate the input - and it is something I have thought about so good to hear an opinion on this.
Thanks,
Al

I realise its a tough one. I appreciate the consideration. I also understand the competition is strong with so many international sites. Yours is by the far the best site IMO.
'Crash' has seperate sections for GP, SBK, Moto etc. but I dont see that as an answer. Maybe you could have a chat with the execs at ESPN or Fox or whoever decides to give us week old AMASX
Interested to hear what other members think. I may be in the obsessive minority? lol

Thanks mate. Yeah, I would be interested to see what the overall opinion is on this. I spent many times when I lived in America squinting my eyes trying not to see results that I didn't want to, so I do know what you mean. I just didn't think it was that crucial in Australia.
