Check out what goes on in the life of James Stewart when preparing to defend his AMA Supercross Championship, working hard at his very own Boot Camp alongside renowned trainer Aldon Baker and putting in the hard yards at his home in Florida before the 2010 season commenced. Being a pro isn’t always trophies and pay cheques, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and this is just a glimpse into the effort that goes into Stewart’s career as part of the L&M Racing Yamaha team.

Ha yeah, that's it. One thing's for sure, when he and Reedy come to Super X in Australia at the end of this year as GAS have confirmed it's going to be fireworks.
