PROVISIONAL SCHEDULE:
Date - Sunday, 17 January 2010
Time - Heats commence at 8:15pm NSW time
Track - Stone Point 2
Hosts - AG23 and Doova930 (please add these user names and all participants in the event on the PS Network so we can invite you to the event). If either of these hosts aren't in a main event then we will organise another host to invite participants into the game - this is why you need to add every participant in the series on your PS Network.

Format - 2 x 8 lap heats, 1 x 15 lap B-Main, 1 x 15 lap A-Main (all events will run simultaneously)

QUALIFYING FORMAT (DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF ENTRANTS):
Entries = Heats (number of riders)
8 = 1 (8 x heat one)
9 = 2 (4 x heat one, 5 x heat two)
10 = 2 (5 x in each heat)
11 = 2 (5 x heat one, 6 x heat two)
12 = 2 (6 x in each heat)
13 = 2 (6 x heat one, 7 x heat two)
14 = 2 (7 x in each heat)
15 = 2 (7 x heat one, 8 x heat two)
16 = 2 (8 x in each heat)

There will be an 8 rider maximum for the main events. The top four from each heat will transfer to the A-Main. The remaining riders will be transferred to the B-Main.

Should we ever have 8 riders or less entered for any particular event then all riders will transfer to the A-Main directly from a single heat.

HEAT SEEDING STRUCTURE:
Heat 1 will feature riders ranked 1-3-5-7-9 in the points and will be filled with a random allocation at our discretion.

Heat 2 will feature riders ranked 2-4-6-8-10 in the points and will be filled with a random allocation at our discretion.

Note that all heat races participants will be announced with the final instructions on race day as per below Rules and Instructions.

POINT STRUCTURE:
A-Main: 1st = 25 points, 2nd = 22 points, 3rd = 20 points, 4th = 18 points, 5th = 16 points, 6th = 15 points, 7th = 14 points, 8th = 13 points

B-Main: 1st = 12 points, 2nd = 11 points, 3rd = 10 points, 4th = 9 points, 5th = 8 points, 6th = 7 points, 7th = 6 points, 8th = 5 points

Note that entries are limited to 16 for now as we iron out any kinks. We may consider expanding this to 24 riders with a revised qualifying structure for future rounds.

RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):
* This tournament is currently limited to Playstation 3 players.

* Entrants must be members on MotoOnline.com.au.

* The entry limit for round two will be 16 riders while we iron out any kinks.

* Entries close on Saturday at midnight of the race day with no exceptions.

* Upon entering state your username on our forum and also add each of our participants as friends on the Playstation Network for invitations to the games.

* Nominated hosts will host the games and invite riders approximately 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The race will start at the exact listed start time (as long as the PS Network is functioning correctly), so if you're not online then you forfeit the round.

* All riders must quit the private session following your heat race and remain patient while waiting for the main events before we invite you to the main that you qualified for.

* Should anybody have trouble entering the private room after more than two invites then the event will go ahead without you for the round.

* Note that if any of us lose our internet connection and are kicked out of the room during the final then we will be scored with last place points for the round.

* If the host is kicked out during the session if it is the main event then continue and inform us of the final results afterwards.

* Should a dedicated round host not be featured in either the A-Main or B-Main, we will organise one of the participants in that particular final to host the race depending if the gates are full (if they're not full then our dedicated host will circulate without being scored for points). Hosts will work this out between us and then all participants will receive the invite to their particular final.

* If there is some sort of a mistake on the evening and you are invited to the wrong final by accident, RELAX it is only a game. Accept it, try your best and we will sort out your points following the round.

NOTES:
* Final instructions will be posted on MotoOnline.com.au in this thread before 6.00pm NSW time on the day of the race, confirming the final entry list, confirming the running of the event, listing your heat race allocation and nominated host for that particular event.

* A race report will be added directly after the round including details for when the following round will be held and at what track it will be staged at.

* Following round two we may put together an official series schedule so everybody is aware of the upcoming rounds.
