Round three of the Monster Energy Super X, Australasian Supercross Championship, took place indoors last Saturday night at the Burswood Dome in Perth, where Dan Reardon took a surprise victory for Woodstock Honda after a nail-biting final lap to hold of defending series champion Chad Reed. The win marked the third different winner in three rounds to kick off the series, with Reardon becoming the third different point leader, while round one winner Jay Marmont was a determined third on the night for Rockstar CDR Yamaha. The Lites class was all Rockstar Motul Suzuki’s Matt Moss on his way to win number three of the season, with Lawson Bopping making it a Suzuki 1-2 for the Shift Motul Development Team, and American Kyle Cunningham rounded out the podium to keep his streak alive for Serco Yamaha.
